Your Edupass username and password are the same as your MIMS login details.
Whenever you see “Login with Edupass”, use your existing MIMS username and password.
For staff
If you know your password but want to change it:
Enter your username and current password
Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password
If you forgot your password:
Go to any login page of Edupass
Click the “Forgot my password” link
Follow the on-screen steps
You will need your Microsoft Authenticator app to complete the reset.
For students
If you know your password but want to change it:
Enter your username and current password

Click "Forgotten password"

Edupass is gradually replacing MIMS as the login method for MOE applications. When accessing an MOE application that uses Edupass, select “Login with Edupass” and sign in with your existing MIMS username and password.
To enable Passwordless sign-in, you must download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Please refer to “How to set up 2FA with Passwordless sign-in for Edupass” for detailed instructions.
